ABOUT MAREN

After competing at Penn State, in the WNBA, and internationally, Maren exchanged her sneakers for a clipboard and whistle.  She was an assistant coach at The United States Naval Academy, and her alma mater, Penn State University, before leading the North Dakota State Bison as head coach.  With a Broadcast Journalism degree from The Pennsylvania State University, Maren has now moved to the other side of the camera as an analyst.  She is excited to bring the game into family rooms across the country and is passionate about growing the game.

• Performed halftime interviews with sideline talent (Fargo, ND)

• Conducted post-game press conferences (Fargo, ND)

• Held weekly live press conferences with print, radio, and television reporters (Fargo, ND)

• Provided color commentary for Penn State University women's basketball with play-by-play announcer Jerry Fisher (University Park, PA)
